MSD Releases AMC V8 Dual Sync Distributor!
MSD Ignition is dedicated to helping deliver horsepower to your racing operation! Their new Dual Sync distributors are intended for use in traditional AMC V8 engines, when converting to fuel-injection and/or coil near plug ignition systems. Designed with both crank and cam position sensors, this distributor is the perfect addition to your American Motors Corporation powerplant.
This new design features high-quality dual hall effect sensors, a billet distributor shaft, a race proven distributor gear, and a performance cap and rotor. While primarily for use with sequential fuel injection systems, they can also trigger TBI fuel injection systems or DIS ignition box (part #: 6015MSD).
The precision-machined shutter wheel design ensures accurate timing even at high engine speeds. Also, for coil-per-cylinder ignition systems, we now offer blank distributor caps to save space and eliminate the unused cap and rotor.
MSD AMC Pro-Billet EFI Dual Sync distributor is available for many popular engine applications from 290, 304, 343, 360, 390, and 401 CID.
