It seems like GM and Ford guys get to have all of the fun when it comes to late-model into classic car engine swaps. Support for installing a late model HEMI engine into a classic Mopar muscle car has been sparse over the years. Hemi crate engines have come in limited numbers, with limited features. Pace Performance is going to make your late model swap-in a lot easier with their new 5.7L HEMI 460HP Crate Engine.
The Pace Performance engine gurus took the latest Eagle HEMI design, and added various upgrades. They wanted to boost the lifespan of the engine, as well as the power. The revisions amount to 460 horsepower, that’s almost 100 more horsepower than a 5.7L Challenger.
There’s no complicated wiring or tuning involved with this crate engine. It’s a complete turnkey package with all needed sensors, the engine harness, ECM, and Pace’s famous Prime and Prep Package — it’s a true plug and play crate engine.
