Official Release:

REKUDO Announces ’70-81 F-Body Sway Bar

Suspension upgrades can make a BIG difference in the steering, driveability and overall feel of your hot rod. That’s why REKUDO has dedicated its design team to creating true bolt-on performance suspension for that second-generation Camaro or Firebird in your life.

Holley is pleased to introduce their new REKUDO front sway bar for 70′-81’GM F-body applications. This tubular 1-3/8″ bar is the perfect upgrade for your daily driver that needs a little assistance in the bends. Available in a black powder coat finish, it includes necessary hardware for a simple, DIY install.

The REKUDO Front Sway Bar for your 1970-1981 GM F-body is suitable for street driving, autocross and weekend warrior track days. The 1-3/8” (1.375”) diameter bar reduces body roll and stiffens up the front suspension. Meanwhile, the polyurethane frame and end link bushings offer superior durability and function. They allow the bar to come into action immediately by eliminating compression unlike rubber bushings which flex before the bar becomes functional.

REKUDO has also included easily greasable ZERK fittings in the bushing frame brackets, meaning you won’t be concerned about the polyurethane squeaking. This tubular cold rolled carbon steel bar has a .156” wall thickness and is lighter than OE components. It comes in a black powder coated finish and bolts in place of a factory Camaro or Firebird anti-roll (stabilizer) bar. Installation hardware is included.

Features:

  • Improves handling
  • Reduces body roll and stiffens up the front suspension
  • Designed specifically for 1970-1981 Camaro and Firebird
