YearOne MuscleCars is rolling full-steam ahead on reproduction components for classic muscle cars, including Mopars. One of the most popular of them all, is the first-generation Challenger. With its iconic lines that heavily influenced the modern Challenger that’s on the roads today, it’s a timeless design.
That being said, the original Challengers are over 50-years old, and most of them are overdue for a restoration. Others, could use some love here and there. All of the new-old stock parts from Chrysler have dried up decades ago, so you’re left to either comb the internet or swap meets for suitable replacement parts. Or, you can get an OEM-correct reproduction from our friends at YearOne MuscleCars.
Just last week, YearOne announced a reproduction rear sail panel “Challenger” script emblem for 1971 Challengers. It’s OEM accurate, and fits between the taillights in the same location of the original. It also mounts in the ail panel hole with the correct pin locations.
