AFCO’s Eliminator Conversion Kits come with your choice of single- or double-adjustable shocks. The difference between them is easy to explain. When a single-adjustable coil-over is tuned, you are adjusting both the rebound and the compression dampening at the same rate. This means that the coil-over will be stiffer or looser in both directions the shock shaft moves. Double-adjustable coil-overs give you more control because you can adjust the compression and rebound rates independently. For instance, you could tune the coil-over to have a loose rebound for great weight transfer and a stiffer compression rate for more controlled landings after wheels-up launches.
